The employee\u2019s safety and health are highly prioritized and supported by DMR\u2019s third basic value \u2013 employee well-being.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The management system includes e.g., specific goals\/KPI\u2019s about accidents and accident analysis (continuously and at least once a year) and a measurement of employee well-being (once a year). I relation to the measurements, specific goals are defined, e.g.:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>NPS &gt;50 (on questions related to work environment well-being).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&gt;85% of the employees must be able to recommend DMR.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dmr.dk\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/ISO-logoer-1024x246.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3807\" width=\"580\" height=\"139\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>DMR is authorized work environment advisor, and we find it natural that we take the lead to ensure a good working environment.
