Equal Pay at DMR A/S

As an integrated part of the work with DMR’s certified management systems, we focus on the UN’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals, including Goal 5: Gender Equality.

In this connection, we conduct an annual evaluation of salary levels for men and women within DMR who perform the same job functions and have the same level of seniority (measured by year of graduation).

At the beginning of 2026, there are 24 comparable categories covering DMR employees. Out of these 24 categories, women receive the higher salary in 12 categories, while men receive the higher salary in 12 categories.

The overall salary difference for employees in the 24 comparable categories is 0.6% in favor of men.

This is the sixth consecutive year that the salary difference at DMR has remained within +/- 1.5%.

We are pleased with the result, even though it is, of course, simply how it should be.
