DMR considers systematic and documented work processes and consultancy services to be a natural part of our professional advisory work. Through our ISO-certified management systems, we aim to ensure daily management, awareness, and documentation within our projects. The ISO certifications ensure that we maintain control over risks, opportunities, stakeholders, and our day-to-day consultancy services. The management systems provide full transparency and documentation that we comply with both internal and external procedures and regulations throughout all levels of the organization – from newly employed staff members to the company’s Executive Management.

Quality Management
Quality in consultancy services is a prerequisite and a key management tool at DMR. We aim to deliver consistent and systematic consultancy services with a focus on quality, service, professionalism, and high customer and employee satisfaction. We work systematically with continuous improvements and optimization, as well as the identification of risks and opportunities.

We seek to ensure that both management and employees remain focused on the fact that governance, documentation, and continuous improvement of the quality of our services are essential in technical consultancy.

Occupational Health and Safety Management
Preventing work-related injuries and illnesses, while creating a safe and healthy workplace. We aim to eliminate hazards and risks within our internal working environment in a systematic and structured manner.

We want to ensure and document compliance with legislation and guidelines, while also continuously improving the working environment – both internally at DMR and through our consultancy services.
ISO 14001:2015
Environmental Management
Ensuring oversight and a technical basis for decision-making for the sustainable and responsible operation of DMR. Active strategic decisions and initiatives require insight and overview, which we obtain through our annual environmental reporting.

We continuously work to reduce the environmental impact of DMR’s operations, while also contributing to environmental improvements through our consultancy services.

Social Responsibility and Corporate Social Responsibility
We aim to demonstrate and document social responsibility. We continuously implement initiatives that support the UN Sustainable Development Goals for sustainable development, and we take responsibility locally, nationally, and internationally through, among other things, collaborations with the Red Cross.

Our responsibility efforts are documented through an annual CSR report.

A number of specific objectives have been established for all standards, supporting DMR’s overall strategy and contributing to the UN’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals. As a consulting engineering company operating in areas including the environment, DMR considers Sustainable Development Goals 4 (Quality Education), 6 (Clean Water and Sanitation), and 13 (Climate Action) to be particularly relevant areas to support and promote through our consultancy services and our own initiatives.
